Pros +
- We only stayed one night. We where going on a cruise the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable. The centennial breakfast was good.
- The staff was so friendly and super helpful. Check-in and check-out was so smooth and effortless. It is in a great location with tons of restaurant options nearby.

Cons -
- I found everything to be good. No complaints
- I didn't have any issues with anything throughout my stay.
- Everything else. The entire hotel smelled musty and dank. The overall quality of the room was awful. There were cracks in the walls. Drywall patches that were not covered properly. Their was 1 elevator and it took 5 to 10 minutes to call sometimes. Their were cockroaches in the room at night ( I have pictures of roaches). Overall the room was a terible value. It was 186$ for 1 room in slidell louisiana. My expectations were low because its a comfort inn in a small town but this was the worst stay I've ever had a hotel and I will avoid comfort inn and suites from this point on.

We only stayed one night. We where going on a cruise the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable. The centennial breakfast was good.

The staff was so friendly and super helpful. Check-in and check-out was so smooth and effortless. It is in a great location with tons of restaurant options nearby.

Breakfast was good. The room was large.
