Leaky faucet in the bathroom

Rooms were relaxing and quiet

I haven’t had the hold charge come back to my card yet and I checked out Thursday morning

Room, beds, tv, cleanliness were great.

Fridge didn't work, that became an issue. We had items that needed to be kept cold and so that was a fail. Instead of swapping out a fridge that worked, it just wasn't looked at.

Location was excellent, the hotel was a lot better than we thought it would be for the price we paid. Having travelled Nashville, Memphis, Vicksburg the theme was becoming the hotels flatter to deceive so we kind of expected as this was a really value for money to other hotels around it would be a a bit run down but quite the opposite, restaurants was good value too and food was superb.

The rooms were a little dated and the view was ok but not great,You had to walk through the main restaurant to get to the coffee shop.A lot of homeless people in New Orleans but they dont really bother you

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, providing easy access to transportation. There are numerous restaurants nearby, catering to various tastes and preferences.

The service at this hotel was absolutely terrible! I encountered a persistent issue with the toilet, which was running water and making a loud noise. I promptly reported the problem to both the front desk and the hotel’s front desk via text message. I specifically requested that a technician be sent to fix the issue, but unfortunately, no action was taken. I spoke with the night supervisor, Nyla, after returning to the hotel for the day, but she was no help either! I had been experiencing the issue for the entire three days! I had to get my own towels and toilet paper at 12:33 am because housekeeping had neglected to clean my room. This incident occurred after I had already spoken with Nyla, the supervisor, who had assured me that someone would come up to my room in five minutes, but no one arrived.

no parking , you spend money on the room and to travel to the state now you have to pay for parking as much money this company make yall could provide parking to paying guest . Also no blankets in the room gotta sleep under sheets .

The rooms were good sized and comfortable. Everything was clean and in good repair. Coffee and breakfast was available in the lobby in the mornings. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. All staff members were extremely helpful and personable. We loved the valet and bell services. The Crowne is located close to the corner of Canal St and Bourbon Street. It was extremely convenient to the trolleys and the French Quarter.

At this time there was construction on every corner in the streets in preparation for the Super Bowl.
