Pros +
- The room is comfortable. The rate included a breakfast which was nice.
- Excellent service from the staff
- Did not get names of the two ladies.....Front Desk and Breakfast Attendant both were extremely courteous and friendly.Especially the lady who was covering the breakfast area for someone who was off due to family emergency.Breakfast was more than ample and HOT!!!
Cons -
- Being charged for a night that I had called to take off before we arrived and I was told they would do it at arrival. They would not and also charge us a 50.00 deposit. Also the elevator was broken. I also called booking. Com and was hung up on three times. Not happy with the whole transaction.
- There was an old pair of socks behind the chair. There was a bit of rust from the handle in the shower
- The elevator has some type of Hydraulic leak and had a terrible odor
