Was supposed to be a relaxing stay for my husband and I-Hopefully get my money refunded- not good (didnt even get to stay there) other hotel was not as nice at all.
The beds were very comfortable. I also liked when I had to go back to the desk twice because my key card wasn¿t working that the front desk person sent a maintenance person to meet me so I didn¿t have to keep going back and forth.

The location being so close to downtown was incredible. We walked to North Market, walked to dinner in Short North on High Street. Easy to get to. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The view from the rooftop bar/patio is incredible.

Programmed elevators were great. Expresso machine in the room was good. The shower was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Water bottle in the room that you could fill up in the hallway very nice.
