The cleanliness of the rooms
I was over charged double for my stay. Then when I arrived someone else had checked in to my room the day prior to me getting there. It was almost as though an employee tried to get a free room for a friend. It took two weeks to fix it.

The location was perfect for walking to our event. The breakfast bar options were great. The parking was super easy. The rooms were spacious and clean.
The only thing my husband didn't really like was all the noise from the sirens due to the distance of the hotel from Nationwide Children's, but he said that's on him for not bringing his ear plugs.

Good location, nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious.
Accidentally charged me for parking even though I didn’t have a car on site. Quick call to the desk and they reversed the charges.
