Hampton Inn By Hilton Columbus I-70e/Hamilton Rd.

The place was immaculate! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room well stocked and beds very comfortable.

The room seemed maybe a little crowded with the 2 queen beds.

Friendly and accommodating night staff. Room was clean.

Toilet in room was broken, had to change rooms. Room key wouldn’t work on the pool door so we weren’t able to swim. Day staff (manager?) didn’t seem to care when informed. The breakfast food was worse than a school cafeteria.

The location is good for me, according to my activities in the area.

The breakfast buffet has a very low standard ! Can be much better for a few more money.The fitness room is poor ! And stincks.....!

Was a good location for my needs

Some one open my room door in the middle of the night and get into my room and early in the morning they tray again, both times I let the people in the lobby and they don’t even come to see what happened

The location was good.

Everything. The room smelled terrible. I got the dry heaves the second I walked into the room. There was a bug in the bed, hair all over the bathroom floor, the carpets were stained so bad we didn’t take off our shoes when we walked, the sink faucet was broken, the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the elevator sounded like it was going to break so we used the stairs but in the stairway, someone had wipes snot down the walls.

cigarette butt receptacles completely full. Mentioned to staff and my concern didn’t matter. I actually mentioned it 2 separate days to two different people. Third day still not emptied. I don’t like to discard butts on the ground.
