Lovely facility and a convenient location.
The second floor lobby was dirty and not swept the entire time we were there. It made you wonder if the room was clean. Upon entering the room, there was a used wash rag on the shower curtain. The shampoo container was not on put back on the wall. The conditioner was empty. The surface of the toilet lid was gross. Then the second day our key wouldn’t work. Overall not was I was hoping for in a hotel. Also the 24 hour coffee wasn’t attended to even when you pointed out that it was empty.

We traveled by bike and it was easy access from the bike trail. The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a self serve laundry facility.
The bed was comfortable but extremely high. I am above average height and fairly fit and I felt like I was climbing to get into bed. Then the toilet was lower than normal. Just not very friendly for someone that might have a slight disability.

The location was great close to shops and restaurants.
I called ahead and advised we were running late and will check in closer to 7pm when the representative advised that's ok because 1 of the rooms wasn't ready because housekeeping was understaffed that day. I thought check-in was at 4 so had we arrived on time to check in our room wouldn't have been ready not very professional. I booked 2 rooms when I arrived and was told our group are on separate floors after asking to all be together. I asked if this can be changed and she said there's nothing available. I said we arranged this ahead of time and with push back she advised she would have housekeeping finish a room on the same floor but we had to wait 30-40mins. Unreal. Our group decided to go to the advertised onsite restaurant to wait till the room was ready and was told the restaurant permanently closed and I said the front desk said it was here but the bartender said they serve pub food which is not what it's listed on the website. Pub food was good and the bartender/server was great. Rooms clean the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows had a smell to them. Overall it was not a good experience but our grandkids loved Lego Land. I wouldn't stay again.

Location was great
Overall, cleanliness was decent. However, there was standing dust on easy to get to places that look like it's been a while since it's seen a duster. The pillows, for a Hilton property, were the cheapest, most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Usually, the four pillows are 2 firm and two soft. Mine were so soft I needed to fold them in half, just to make them serviceable. Not what I've come to expect from a Hilton propertyWe checked in at 14:30, and the young women at the desk seemed to me, wanted to be anywhere but at the desk, as she spoke 5 total words to me. No, "your room number is... or breakfast is served at. And not even an enjoy your stay. " Overall disappointed, maybe next time we'll just stay at the Hampton nearby.

The location was excellent and the place was clean.
I came in early around noon and checked in paid. I was going to the hockey game downtown.I told them we would not back till 11. I had to wait an hour and a 1/2 to get into my room.Because they had no idea who was in what room if they were clean or anything it was a hot mess.

The location is nice
Had a dirty cup in the room. Bed was not properly fixed.. no water or paste in the room. Even after we requested for it. It took them almost an hour to bring it

The front line staff were great. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location.
The bed wasn't very comfortable.
