Very nice hotel comfortable room and good breakfast. Easy walk to North St.
Hotel was great. But there is no supermarket or chemist around. North Market is a saviour for something quick to eat.

I like the location - very central. The size of the room is big and clean in regards to the price. So it's a good value to your money.
There's no room service. The cleaning lady comes once a day at her own schedule and if you happen to be sleeping or busy in your room during that time, she won't come back until the next day. I asked the front desk to clean my room but they didn't do anything. The telephone in the room doesn't work so if you need anything you have to come down and ask the front desk. There's no boiler in the room and the fridge is really tiny and barely works. The curtains were not in perfect conditions.

The room is spacious and the bed is quite comfy.
I am not sure why there are not slippers provided in the room and some parts of the room can be cleaned more thoroughly.

Room was large and comfortable. Spacious shower. Loved the sliding barn doors. Food at the restaurant was great and the valet service was so convenient!

Wonderful! Comfortable beds, rooms were well done and laid out nicely. Shower was perfect with great water pressure. Definitely visiting again!
Elevator process was different. Not bad, but a new experience. The shower door was rusted a bit and kind of popped in and out. They would be better to use sliders.

The location - decor and comfort of the hotel are perfect. This is our 2nd stay at the hotel and really love it here.
Lack of wait service - No service at the outdoor front fireplace area. No wait staff on 12th Floor after we got back from our show. Had to go to the bar to order - and only 3 people working with a crowed restaurant.

We loved the location and the outdoor patio area
Valet closes early and we were left to get our own vehicle. We also did not like that the restaurant closed early.

I loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and the decor was nice as well. I loved being able to check in online. I also liked being able to go directly to my room upon arriving to the hotel instead of having to stop at the front desk. Having the room key on my phone was also a plus. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
