Pros +
- reservation included breakfast: No breakfast available. No coffee or drinks available until Sunday(my 2nd day). the two women who worked the desk were very nice and pleasant, helpful. overall was a VERY strange experience

- Arrival, man at the desk was rude, dismissive and snarky. I was 'not allowed to check in until after 8 pm (Yes, 8 pm). Hotel is very 'run down'. Very disappointing - Very STRANGE EXPERIENCE!
- Everything. I was double charged, no coffee, TV was broke off the wall, stains on the couch, no blanket, smoke alarm was beeping, staff was rude, made to wait for 2 hrs to check in, no soap, no rag, no phone and a staff member opened my door
- No top sheet, blanket had dried wax, blood on the walls, worn carpet, light ripped out of the wall and fixing not complete, doors missing parts to the locks, broke exit light. Asked for clean towels on day two. They had none they had not done laundry.
