Cons -
- Homeless people sleeping along the fence parking lot. Elevator was broke down and my wife is mobility impaired with MS and unable to climb stairs. Hotel staff didn't care and still hasn't given us a refund from not being able comply with ADA guidelines
- Doors and some of furniture were worn, yet parts of room's furniture looked brand new.
