Comfortable room

The area is unsafe and there were people from outside the hotel in the parking lot and they were suspicious.

Location is great

Beds were a little wonky and we needed more towels daily

Good location with easy access to highway, dining, and the city.

Room had sticky substance on the floor. Hair in shower and pee on toilet seat upon initial entry to our room. Light fell off the wall within 20 minutes of our stay. I informed the night staff and he wrote it down for maintenance. The following evening I returned to the front desk to ask about the light. The same man, from the previous night, informed me he just switched shifts but maintenance was just here so the light should have been fixed. Went to my room and it was not. The light dangled from the wall the entire stay.

The rooms were okay, comfy bedding

The location is great for what I needed. The room was surface clean. The air conditioner worked. The fridge and microwave were clean and in working order. The linens were clean.

It’s a little run-down, some things in the room were broken. No dresser/drawers for clothing. The tub was dingy. There was hair stuck in the back of the hair dryer and the cradle was broken. Stains on lamp shades.

The location was perfect. The room was clean but definitely could use some updating- more than the facelift it was given.

No one answered the phones, we received a text message to respond with any questions and by the time someone did it was no longer relevant. Breakfast selection was decent however there were not enough chairs for the amount of tables so our entire party couldn’t eat or sit together- we only had 9 and 4 or 5 of us struggled to sit/eat together.

The room has been remodeled so it looked great. It wasn't a perfect remodel but compared to some other days inn I've stayed at, this one was amazing. It smelled so clean when going into the room. I've worked many years in housekeeping so I can tell when a room is not properly cleaned. This one was definitely cleaned well. Bed linens were clean and crisp. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing i could complain about is out of the hotels control and that's the room size. It was a little small and it just made it get too hot in the room but this wasn't really an issue that would prevent a negative review for me.

The location was good and checking in was easy.

The housekeeper woke us up twice sat morning and came back in the afternoon about towels. The plug in by the sink didn't work so no blow dryer or curling iron

The room was clean.

Loud vehicles all night. People just hanging in the parking lot day and night. Broken glass in parking lot where cars were broken into.
