I was told I could get a cot in the room since I was travelling with my son. When we arrived it wasn?t available. Wouldn?t have booked if I knew in advance that I would only have one bed. Think I deserve a refund for not getting what they assured me.

I had no hot water. Every day they said they were going to fix it and never did.they couldn't or would not switch my room. The manager never called me and was never there when I asked to talk to him.

loved the price and it was very clean. The room was perfect with two beds for two adults, one teenager, and one toddler. Enough space for the evening. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and updated, the shower and bathroom especially.
