- The staff was very helpful. This was our third time in 5 months staying here. The restaurant food was very good! The airport shuttle is worth its weight in Gold!
Cons -
- No free breakfast or coffee
- Everything met our satisfaction.
- We had to pay $1.00/bag to store our suitcases until our rooms were ready. Being an airport hotel in a major cruise port city you would expect that you would get complimentary storage. Have never paid for this service anywhere else.
