Cons -
- The room was not ready until 3:45. There is something wrong with the room. We both experienced virtigo. We do not drink alcohol or partake in any altering substances. IT was the room.
- Staff was rude upon checking in. No greeting and stayed on the phone while we waited a long time. She didn?t realize we were IHG platinum but still should be trained to welcome guests properly
- I did not like that after a long 7 hour drive when we arrived we wanted to sleep. 2 hours after we all were asleep we were rudely awakened by housekeeping. We do have a ESP animal with us. I thought it was listed on the hotel. The manager was rude.
