Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note name on the reservation must match the credit card used for payment. Third-party payments are not accepted. Guests must contact the property directly if booking more than 3 rooms as different policies apply. If canceling a booking, unless otherwise stated, the property must receive the cancellation three days prior to arrival by 3:00 PM US Eastern Time. Please note that guests are required to present a valid driver's license or passport at check-in. Other ID cards are not accepted. Please note that the hospitality fee of 16.95 USD per night, will be collected upon check in by the accommodations.
