- It's always clean and nice
- Nothing false advertising, tv was super small for king room that cost $---, breakfast was paid for but ran out and no accommodation was made, they was mean and nasty about it.
- Big open lobby area , lots of parking , next to a nice fun restaurant, and also the hotel has its own restaurant by lobby. staff is polite , floors very clean , has a piano in the lobby ? and seating, has elevator. Rooms are nice ,. well priced

- The T.V. DID NOT WORK THE WHOLE 4 DAYS..I WAS ON CHRISTMAS VACATION
- Seem to be very rude and dismissive to certain customers.
- I was taking a shower but I thought I was on the ship. It was shaking, slippery and no mat on the bathtub. I was almost fell. Need to fix the bathtub. It was push down when you go inside the bathtub.
