- The hall carpets were full of stains, the elevator walls were dirty, they sold our room, the restaurant was hardly ever open,, they did not have the famous cookies to give away. This was a low budget Holiday Inn with a Doubletree sign placed out front
- My reservation said that I have a free parking at the hotel(which I also knew, as I have stayed there multiple times before).When I got there and asked the front desk if they need to know my license plate no for the parking,they said I need to pay 11$/day
