- the shower could use some work. older tiles.
- I was told I could get a cot in the room since I was travelling with my son. When we arrived it wasn?t available. Wouldn?t have booked if I knew in advance that I would only have one bed. Think I deserve a refund for not getting what they assured me.
- I had no hot water. Every day they said they were going to fix it and never did.they couldn't or would not switch my room. The manager never called me and was never there when I asked to talk to him.
