The staff! The resort is beautiful and definitely an amazing vibe but the staff are what make the resort. They’re amazing, incredible and so many more positive things that I don’t have the character space to fit.
Spacious pools - not packed and fairly easy to get chairs (no waking up at the break of dawn). Pool servers and restaurant staff were AMAZING - if it was not for them our vacation would have not been great at all.

This hotel had very beautiful, lush grounds that were very well cared for. The hotel room, all are sites, have beautiful views and are very large and comfortable. The beach is very calm. The two evening bartenders in La Joya were the best!!
The staff at this hotel is 5 star. Every employee we interacted with friendly and helpful. We had a couple requests and one maintenance issue that was addressed promptly. The property was spotless. The beach is clean and groomed.
