Guests can spend the day at the hotel's private beach taking part in a variety of the resort's various activities or exploring the area on a guided tour. After a busy day, a massage at the Heavenly Spa by Westin to relax. The guest accommodations at the The Westin Lagunamar Ocean offers views of the Caribbean Sea or Nichupte Lagoon. Guests will enjoy satellite TV and high-speed wireless internet access as well as plush bathrobes and the luxurious Westin Heavenly Bed.

Guest must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation at time of check in. All breakfast packages include 2 adults. Additional breakfast can be purchased on site. The resort will be renovating the room halls in buildings 8 to 14 from Aug. 4, 2025 through Nov. 30, 2025. Please expect noise and dust in affected areas. Lobby areas of the resort will be renovated beginning April 20-November 30, 2025 in Buildings 5, 6, and 11. Expect related noise from 9 am to 5 pm.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. - The safety. There was always someone by the front door and not anyone could drive up the ramp to the hotel entrance, not even grub hub or tour buses. That made us feel safe.
Cons -
- The concierge staff was abusive and way too overpowering.
- Hot tub was not hot enough
- Late check in. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, we were checked in almost at 5pm and we were there around 3pm. We were beat.
