- The location was great and the staff were friendly
- Our family had an incredible time in Cancun. The staff were warm and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. We were thrilled to have vegan food options. The easy and breathtaking beach access added the perfect touch to our unforgettable trip

Cons -
- The hotel needs major maintenance, the room could have been cleaner, and the check in process took a long time.
- Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. The quality of the rooms fell short of our expectations, leaving us dissatisfied. Additionally, the tours and cab services offered were overpriced. Lastly disliked how early the pools closed
- On our 2nd to last day, we came back to our room to find the door partially open. And there was an employee touching my wife¿s luggage. The lights in the room were off and there was no cleaning cart outside the room. We filed a report with the hotel.

They have polite and courteous staff and the bar staff at the pool were great.
On our 2nd to last day, we came back to our room to find the door partially open. And there was an employee touching my wife¿s luggage. The lights in the room were off and there was no cleaning cart outside the room. We filed a report with the hotel.

Nothing. It¿s awful. Rooms are filthy, the food is awful¿but it doesn¿t matter because the restaurants are never open anyway. Do not stay here.
Everything was terrible. Every single thing.
