Overcharged me.

Pretty good location for coffee and groceries

Needs updating on the exterior of the building and in the rooms

We arrived after dark on a day that there was a power outage in the area so there were only emergency lights availabe in the hotel and no lights on in our room. Staff was providing glow sticks and trying to accomodate guests as best they could.

I wish there was a magnified cosmetic mirror in the bathroom.

The weekend breakfast is fantastic, and the reception is nice.

The new check in staff feel like uncaring machines. Some wait staff ignored simple requests (like for pepper). They charge for parking but it is mayhem situation with no security or cameras. Desk gave wrong directions to things in hotel

I left something there and tried to get it returned but they said they couldn't locate it. Took 4 phone calls to be told this information.

Great hotel, great breakfast options.

$10 charge for parking seemed like an extra cash grab. Had to park in the back of the hotel during the winter storm. Entrance was open but not initially taken care of making it dangerously slippery.

Convenience, buffet breakfast and happy hour.

Friendliness of employees

Elevators are constantly an issue. Had to wait a few minutes every time, with the employees using the limited use for hotel work, as their elevator was down also. People waiting were frustrated. Was this way months ago, so seems to be a chronic issue

Great amenities

Location is great, despite the road construction. Front desk staff when we checked in at 130 am, and the one who assisted me at check out. Free parking and breakfast with cook-to-order omelet station

A clump of hair on the back panel of the shower so I went to the front desk to ask that they have housecleaning clean it. The young possibly middle-eastern lady called housekeeping to  advise to remove the hair. When we returned, still there!

Breakfast was amazing!

Hotel was very worn. It was not dated, but a bit dirty.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The TV guide did not work. Room coffee maker was not working well.

Very good location and very nice hotel. Great location. Walking distance from the mall where there are a lot of shops and restaurants
