The location

Overcharged me.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The TV guide did not work. Room coffee maker was not working well.

The location is close to everything needed And free parking was awesome.

The breakfast was ok. Food was a bit cold

The staff, breakfast, and snacks were fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I recommend the $10 pizzas made for you during the snack time.

Parking filled up quickly and was a challenge to find. Also, the traffic on the streets surrounding the hotel is ridiculous and to go anywhere required multiple light cycles to go through just to get the last 2 blocks to the hotel.

All the staff were courteous and prompt with their service. Breakfast was great.

No Diet Dr Pepper at the store. Everything else was great.

What I liked best about this hotel was that they continued to provide all their food services, with safety measures in place. We were able to get food and beverages around the clock.

I didn't originally know that I had to request basic room service for trash removal and fresh towels.

Wonderful location, breakfast and friendly staff both at the desk and during the manager's special and breakfast.

Noisy doors, awoken but other guests' doors at all hours. Wrinkled sheets, poor vacuuming. Uncomfortable sofa bed mattress. Horrible bathroom: no fan, mildew smell, anyone over 5'2 had to do a backbend to wash their hair. No free wi-fi

The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Breakfast and afternoon snacks saved me at least $30.00 per day and since I was visiting with my child it was conveniently located near her school.

I would have liked a room with two beds but I did find that the pull out couch was comfortable.

Lots of great amenities for the price I paid!

Great staff and terrific customer service. Everyone who worked there were super attentive. Loved the renovated rooms.

I liked that this location had an indoor pool and hot tub that was open until midnight daily. The complimentary managers reception and full breakfast (cooked to order eggs/ omellete) was AMAZING! The rooms are spacious and indoor hallways quiet.

I wish that the hotel offered turkey breakfast meat options for non-pork eaters. Housekeeping came way the listed check-out time and disturbed my sleep.

The staff was very attentive. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Complementary Drinks and snacks during evening hours was a huge plus. Free Breakfast was wonderful.

The parking spaces were designed for compact vehicles only. Our bathroom door handle was loose and no one seem to care. Entering the hotel parking lot as you exit the freeway was a nightmare.
