Pretty good location for coffee and groceries

Needs updating on the exterior of the building and in the rooms

The weekend breakfast is fantastic, and the reception is nice.

The new check in staff feel like uncaring machines. Some wait staff ignored simple requests (like for pepper). They charge for parking but it is mayhem situation with no security or cameras. Desk gave wrong directions to things in hotel

Bed was comfortable and when I asked for foam pillows, someone brought them fairly quickly. It was easy enough to get fresh towels when needed, or other necessities (more coffee, creamer, cups). The buffet breakfast with daily "made to order omelette station" was by far superior to many 5* hotels and was COMPLIMENTARY. There was also a lot of area to spread out, so I felt safe (infection-wise). I was also very impressed with an evening supervisor, Iman, who went over and above to help me out after I clumsily broke a glass and the regular housekeepers were all too busy to help me. Iman did this herself and could not have been more professional and helpful.

The cooling system was extremely loud and the compressor unit was located in the bedroom area. I am a light sleeper and the noise was bothersome even when just sitting in the room, chatting with friends, family (in person or on the phone). The hotel was packed and the elevators were extremely slow. One of the 3 main elevators did not work the entire time I was there (4 nights). Even though a sign clearly stated: no more than 5 passengers, this rule was broken repeatedly, as the wait for an elevator was too long

Easy check in, convenient store, nice buffet breakfast with an option to have a homemade omelette. Premium suites are great to have free drinks and snacks available.

I loved my stay from check in to check put. I was There Thursday thru Sunday. Rooms a very clean. The staff are ALL very professional, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good every morning. I will definitely be staying at Embassy Suites again

The breakfast is always excellent. The room is a generous size and layout.

This hotel has become pet friendly and I did not realize this. I always chose Embassy because it was not a pet place. I have allergies so this is a deal breaker. The room was not completely ready. The coffee and beverage area in the room was not cleaned.

I like the custom breakfast items. I was able to get a room away from the atrium on the more quieter side. Bathroom had dirty soap dish and shelves in the shower were dirty. I have stayed here often and this was my first real disappointment.

The room was not quite as clean as it should have been. There were many children and lots of noise. Summertime youth teams and not well disciplined. There were often vagrants hanging around the parking lot. I did see a security car once.

My room was not cleaned after the first night. The noise level from people in the common areas after 9 pm was unacceptable.

Cost of a taxi from the airport to hotel is quite expensive.

I was very unhappy with my burger I the restaurant. I ordered midrare but got well done. I sent it back and it Seems like they gave me the same thing.

Was a little confusing in finding the entrance, as it was off the main road and around back. No up/down arrow on elevators; therefore, road up a few floors before coming back down to 1.
