Friendliness of employees

Elevators are constantly an issue. Had to wait a few minutes every time, with the employees using the limited use for hotel work, as their elevator was down also. People waiting were frustrated. Was this way months ago, so seems to be a chronic issue

Love happy hour and I don't drink alcohol. A snack where you stay is so relaxing, as life is full of stress. Thank you for your lovely clean, quiet, friendly hotel, Embassy Suites is our favorite hotel! Lynn Henderson-DeBoo

The elevator service was terrible with long waiting lines no matter what time of the day. This was true of both days we were there. We much prefer their downtown location.

Beautiful and maintained grounds. A full delicious breakfast! Spacious room!

When asked to take out garbage the housekeeper did not put clean trash liner back in garbage can. I had to go downstairs and get it myself and then it was way to large. The clean towels were just left under the TV in the living room area not even put away
