The staff and breakfast, I stay here twice a month and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great!

The heat didn't work. The bathtub did not hold water in order to fill for a bath. The room had a musty smell, not like freshly cleaned. Wallpaper around tub loose. Surfaces clean but questions about the carpet cleanliness.

Welcoming and made sure that I was accommodated. Within two miles of my family location. Like having breakfast offered in the mornings.

I miss having my room cleaned on a daily basis. I understand the reason for housekeeping service by request.

I thought that the hotel was in Portland not the suberbs I wasnt permitted to cancel the reservation, I was trapped ! The hotel was a 45$ can ride from town. NEVER AGAIN !

Location, Location, Location !

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great as well as the nightly cocktail Hour. Bed was very comfortable!
