We arrived after dark on a day that there was a power outage in the area so there were only emergency lights availabe in the hotel and no lights on in our room. Staff was providing glow sticks and trying to accomodate guests as best they could.

I wish there was a magnified cosmetic mirror in the bathroom.

I loved the breakfast and the pool

Great hotel, great breakfast options.

$10 charge for parking seemed like an extra cash grab. Had to park in the back of the hotel during the winter storm. Entrance was open but not initially taken care of making it dangerously slippery.

Breakfast was amazing!

Hotel was very worn. It was not dated, but a bit dirty.

Great room…had a separate living room, large bathroom, bedroom was large with comfortable beds. Had a complimentary Happy Hour and Breakfast.

The elevators

Clean, friendly staff, lots of amenities!

Pool was over crowded, lots of kids diving in the pool and not enough seating for the ones who were there to watch their kids. It was very humid in that room. Also, with as big as the place is there should be another set of elevators, with a limit of 5 people per ride that’s impossible to get anywhere. Especially for the ones who are not able to take the stairs.

The breakfast

Our room had a leaky faucet in the bathtub, the bedroom tv wasn¿t programmed with the remote and had no channels available and one of the bed frames wa s broken. Management didn¿t care or address. Cleanliness was bad.

The location it was close to the Washington Square mall target and even the outlets was just across the street

Breakfast was decent for the crowd - being such a large hotel !

Room in general needs a make over. Old dirty carpet, stained sofa bed, extremwly old and uninviting extra comforter, door with broken lock microwave from the 60s with analog timer, toilet with unrefilled shampoo did not make us feel welcome. The long wait for elevator was not enjoyable. I know it is can't be fixed now but for the size and stories, tjere shod have been atleast double the number of elevators. Location of hotel, probably with tje amou t of consteuction happening was very boring. Proximity to Target is a plus for sure.
