Not much. This place needs an over-haul. I immediately regretted staying here. The computers were down the entire weekend, there was a microwave in the main lobby (none in the room), I was placed on the 14th floor, etc, etc.

This hotel was a nightmare. I have requested a full refund. The shower didn't work, the hotel front desk actually closed and a fire alarm panel was beeping all night. No sitting lounging chair in the room, just sitting chairs as if you were eating.

I love how clean this hotel is and how good the cleaning service is. Normally, when a hotel only offers room service by request, we have to request towels. here, our towels and coffee service area were automatically refilled and used towels, etc. removed

I always look for decent hotel deals because I travel a lot. For the price I paid for this hotel, they went above and beyond. It was so clean and even the outside was clean. I will stay here again when I go to LA.
