The Troubadour Hotel New Orleans

It was a really cool property. The designs were nice. The rooms were clean and tidy.

I wish there had been better outlet systems. Every outlet was loose so it was hard to charge your devices. And the breakfast services were down so there was none. They were redoing the area.

It is a great location for all of the places that we like to visit. Very quiet and comfortable hotel. Would highly recommend to others!

I know it couldn't be helped, but the rooftop bar was under construction, and we couldn't visit. But this was made known upfront, so I appreciate that.

The location was great due to everything being close .

There was trash still In the room . Table wasn't clean and the heater did not work and getting sleep was nearly impossible when it's 55 degrees in the room yhe high for the 3 days in the room was 65 degrees . And everything was u der construction in the hotel

The hotel charge you all kind of fees that are not written in your reservations housekeeping does not come and clean your room. They did not have towels. The water was cold. The front desk staff was rude. There was a fight above our room and outside our door, they charge you for water daily and coffee daily and we don’t even drink coffee. This was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel of that caliber. I would not recommend it I was told it was recently purchased and for the price they charge we didn’t get what we thought we would get.

No parking and don’t clean your room every day

The location of this hotel is simply great. The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff was very nice.

After 4 nights, our backs were hurting because of the bed quality

Location was very nice, room view was amazing & walking distance to a lot of places.

Breakfast, bar & rooftop lounge was unavailable unfortunately for the price of the room. Room was clean except a pair of someone’s socks was left & no close or free parking so there’s a lot of walking.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, comfy beds, attractive design, and I felt safe. It was highly affordable for what I received.

It was a long walk to the places I wanted to visit. I enjoy walking, so this wasn't a problem for me.

Good location, decent staff nothing exceptional. Room was clean.

Over priced because of Fri and Sat. Exterior beat up a bit.
