- The bed was soft. Nice working elevators, good staff
- A couple of the front desk staff were hospitable, not all
- The room was comfortable and spacious. The shower was hot and had great pressure, probably the best shower I've ever had in a hotel. Staff is fabulous! Signed up for loyalty program because I will be looking to stay in this hotel chain again!
Cons -
- No coffee maker in the hotel room.
- Room was never cleaned, we asked and were told that it would be. We returned at 7pm to a dirty room. Breakfast was not refilled, my boyfriend was given attitude when he asked about it. No choice of fruitAlso as you walk into hotel there were people constantly smoking-not what you want to walk through Doors slamming, dogs barking
- TV wasn't working but I also didn't report it, didn't have time to watch it.

The lobby was nice. The room appeared clean.
There were dirty corners. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work properly. The breakfast was pretty awful. The walls are thin.
