- Very clean. Extremely quiet. Busy location but it is what it is. Did not hear street noise so not really an issue.

- Not enough room to elaborate; however, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, no shampoos, no pots/pans. Hotel required you to purchase these things from them. If you flew in, who wants to purchase pots/pans/plates to haul back through TSA? Quite bizarre.
