What's best about this hotel is its location. It is literally at the corner of Canal and Bourbon St. The managerial staff was exceptional. They ensured my daughter and I had a pleasant stay. Exceeded expectations!
Loved the lead engineer , and his partner Larry. (TV didn't work.) Also, the head of security had his A game both times he had to let us into our room because the key didn't work. These 3 guys made up for a lot of the other staff failures.

The location is so close to the quarter and other areas of the city. Very easy to get around. Staff is outstanding and cleanliness was impeccable. Beds were super comfy and pillows were awesome.

The location was in a nice area, but there was a couple of homeless people parked in the space designated for customers. They were standing outside changing their clothes and throwing trash onto the sidewalk upon our arrival to check in.

The location was super convenient. Everywhere i needed to go was Literally always a 5-10 min drive off Kaliste Saloom. Every staff member i encountered was super cool and professional in my opinion.

This hotel was a nightmare. I have requested a full refund. The shower didn't work, the hotel front desk actually closed and a fire alarm panel was beeping all night. No sitting lounging chair in the room, just sitting chairs as if you were eating.

Easy to get off and on to the freeway. There is a grocery store les than 5 minutes drive and a gas station just a few feet away for fueling up and getting late night snacks.
