Loved the lead engineer , and his partner Larry. (TV didn't work.) Also, the head of security had his A game both times he had to let us into our room because the key didn't work. These 3 guys made up for a lot of the other staff failures.

Breakfast was included and the omelet station was exceptional. The only negative critique was the bacon strips were over done to a crispy chip. The coffee was excellent. I also enjoyed my Bloody Mary during happy hour.

The location was in a nice area, but there was a couple of homeless people parked in the space designated for customers. They were standing outside changing their clothes and throwing trash onto the sidewalk upon our arrival to check in.

This hotel was a nightmare. I have requested a full refund. The shower didn't work, the hotel front desk actually closed and a fire alarm panel was beeping all night. No sitting lounging chair in the room, just sitting chairs as if you were eating.

Ease of getting around
This Hotel is fine if you need the absolute lowest rate to stay. The Hot water takes 10 minutes to warm up and there are a few roaches here and there. However, be prepared to be treated like the hookers, drug dealers, and other lowlifes that occupy it.
