- hotel employee was the most helpful, friendly person I've ever had in a hotel! She alone would make me use this hotel whenever I am in the area! But the Drury hotel chain with their breakfast and 5:30 dinner and drinks would bring me back also!!
- The morning front desk clerk was extremely kind and helpful. Amazing customer service
- Location, have had other great stays with Drury Inn and Suites.
