Not much. This place needs an over-haul. I immediately regretted staying here. The computers were down the entire weekend, there was a microwave in the main lobby (none in the room), I was placed on the 14th floor, etc, etc.

This hotel was a nightmare. I have requested a full refund. The shower didn't work, the hotel front desk actually closed and a fire alarm panel was beeping all night. No sitting lounging chair in the room, just sitting chairs as if you were eating.

The person working the front desk was very sweet and really tried to make our experience better, but it was just a rough weekend I am guessing due to the bball tournament. She really remained nice with the hotel being short staffed

Overall great experience
Comfortable, clean rooms with a friendly staff. Although we did not use the bar and restaurant, it was nice to have the option. This hotel is close to great shopping and dining options and easy access to major interstates.
