Beds were glorious compared to the Hilton Downtown. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Very safe quiet location. Staff was amazing and the cookies were a nice touch.

The carpet in our room looked brand new - very pretty and comfy to walk on. Breakfast was great - and the location of hotel was super convenient for attending a concert at The Ledge.

This was our second stay. Great location, comfy bed, nice sized room. There is a tall dorm fridge with a very small freezer that worked great and a microwave. The hotel had a complementary breakfast, which was fair, but the coffee was good.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. The hotel is run down and needs major work. Thats not even the issue. It wasn't even clean. We had to have some many rooms before we found one we could tolerate for 4 days.

We had very clean and spacious a 2 queen bed room. The hotel is in a very nice area of Eagan with shopping and restaurants right across the street. 10 minutes from the Outlet Mall and 10 minute drive to MOA/Ikea. Great staff and helpful front desk!

The room was very clean and I really like the shampoo, cream rinse and body wash mounted in the shower.

The happy hour was excellent with a wonderful server. The rooms were clean and the front desk clerk was so accommodating by getting us a different room when the television didn't work.

This hotel was an absolute delight, from the front desk attendant to the options in the hotel store, to the bar and restaurant on site! I got the suite with the whirlpool tub and it had a separate shower and a tv in the bathroom, the bed was perfect!

Hotel was great but didn't get a two bed room like I booked and got stuck with a single bed room so had to sleep on the floor and very upset and would appreciate half my money back for only receiving have the room I booked for. Very upset with the booking

I liked the location. There were a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. There were good options for the free breakfast. The shower in the room had good pressure and always put out hot water.
