- The stack of old mattresses on the side of the building. The staff congregating in the commons area. The hot tub and sauna were out if order and the pool was not heated. The breakfast attendant coughing all over the food. The lack of breakfast options.
- When we checked in we went to our first room and it was dirty and clearly wasn't cleaned between uses. We went to the second room and there were small bugs in the bedsheets. These weren't bed bugs thankfully, but still gross.
- They had bugs in the first assigned room then they move me to a different room and bugs was also in there as well in the lights fixtures I couldn?t stay here I left
