Very clean overall and smelled really good! VERY comfy bed and pillows and I loved how spacious the rooms were. The lighting in the bathrooms was great!
The bathroom towels were quite dingy and should be refreshed. And the water pressure wasnt the greatest in the shower

Room was in a quiet area, bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean, easy access to all appointments.
Could use more beside electrical outlets for cpap machines.

The only place to sit in the room was a desk chair, or a bench inside door or the bed. Floors were dirty .

The room was nice and quiet. The beds and pillows were great! The hotel is close to the hospitals and easy to get to by the skywalks. Very clean room.
Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. But no complaints about the property.

Great downtown location with easy access to the Mayo Clinic via the Sykwalk. Love the proximity to several great restaurants, including CRAVE, which is located at the hotel. Very comfortable rooms.
The pillowcases and some of the towels were a bit yellowed.

Location was great. No breakfast was offered.
I would like a partial refund on my booking since I had to check out early due to Mayo Clinic.
