Pros +
- Average. Low on bagels and english muffins.
- Breakfast was good.
- Comfortable bed, clean room.
Cons -
- When we arrived the hallway was cold. Had no heat. Very cold on January night. Also room had no heat on. We turned heat on and waited 30 minutes still no heat come out of vent. Also the door would not shut tightly or securely. We did request a different room which we were granted. Heat was not on in that room. Itvdid have heat but took a long time to warm up room. Slept with clothes on until room warmed up.
- The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows sucked. The room smelled like chlorine.
- The breakfast area needed quite a bit of attention - overflowing waste basket, supplies low, counters were a bit sloppy and sticky.I know it's hard when people are slobs...

Breakfast was good.

close to shopping and restaurants
The lady at front desk took my card and said it wouldn't be charged , it's was only for if there was any damage to the room. She charged me 188.00 for the room when I already paid bookings for it. So now I have to wait to see if they reimburse me and how long before it's back on my card
