Pros +
- The reception staff upon my check in
- Very comfortable room, smells great, temperature controls accurate, excellent bed
- CLEANLINESS, room decor.
Cons -
- They charged a fee for smoking, and there was no smoking. They refused to reverse. Will never stay there again.
- No desks. Had to cobble together a workstation out of a reading chair and small table. Was told the desk removal was a corporate decision - will not return if there is any office work to do during my stay.
