The price
The location was perfect for the event I was attending and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons -

The room smelled like curry, bath tub was dirty, hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, it was very loud and to top if all off the bed was very uncomfortable. The night person at the counter had no personality and seemed to hate there job.
The bed was very hard. I realize that is personal preference. I also had difficulty getting the room temperature to be cool and not cold.
