- Windows had dead insects. Building had an odor. Our room lost all plumbing and had to be removed to another room while sleeping
- Outdated pool area, hot tub only worked sparingly
- No shuttle the breakfast was hardly anything. Parking lot sucked. Everything in the room falling apart
