Nothing like the pictures or descriptions. We were switched to a room with 2 beds (which wasn't a problem), but both beds were uncomfortable, 1 worn pillow for each bed and each one also sunk in on a side like someone laid there and never moved.

This was a family trip to visit my daughter. The location was great and 5 mins away from her house. The staff was amazing and the front office lobby staff was professional and kind. And she was very informative Nicole helped me with all my concerns
