- The carpet had dog hair all over it, it smell like dogs and like old carpet
- The bed had stains on the bottom mattress and had the bottom ripped in many places. It did not have a bedspread and the bathroom did not have any toilet paper. The stove top burners were rusted, the counter tops were stained and in general not cleaned,
- Room was dirty, no proper bedding
