Decent location

Was supposed to be a handicap accessible room but not enough room for a wheelchair, the shower had no curtain and water pooled up in front of the commode making it difficult to use without getting wet, the bottom of the commode was extremely dirty, the phone wouldn’t work preventing calling front desk, a dog barked for hours in the room next to us, we could not hang up clothes because the bar was too close to the floor causing our clothes to drag on the floor, had to get our key redone after the first night - extremely disappointed

Room is good size n bed is comfortable

Maintenance because he was extremely rude the ac wasn't working n he argued with me trying to convince me that it worked so he wouldn't have to do any work n I finally got another room after arguing for 15 minutes n I also felt threatened cuz he kept staring me down n walking by my room I travel alone so I was scared n I notified office n they didn't do anything at all but it's far too walk from room to office to get snacks or anything

I sort of liked the location. But it was literally the only hotel that had a room available. The front desk ppl where nice and moved fast. It was a busy hotel that Saturday night.

asked for a non smoking room, but got a smoking room. The bed had burn holes in the blanket. It has burns on the desk and dresser. There was literally one rag and towel in the room. The restroom door had a hole in it. There was spider webs in the corner or the room. The door latch for extra security was broken. There was no remote in the room. The light plugs didn't work. The bed was hard.

Door didn’t close right. Had crickets in my room.

Generally I liked the hotel. Clearly it is not on the upper tier of hotels but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the service friendly. There was an ice machine and a cheap soda machine. For a cheaper option the hotel is fine.

Well quite frankly the breakfast is just a granola bar so a disappointment.
