The room had ash trays in the non smoking rooms and it smelled awful. We checked in between the mattress and box spring and it was disgusting and had bed bugs. I worse experience and they will not give me a refund.

All the staff interaction I had was very friendly. The location was fantastic! Plenty of shopping and food places within a 3-5 minute walk.

The hotel smelt of cigarettes and mold. I entered the room and couldnâ≢t stay there the hotel manger would not give me my money back. I am in the process of contacting the corporate office. My mother has lymphoma and we are in a pandemic
