- The heat was not cut on when I arrived. The room was very cold and I had to continue wearing my coat until it warmed up.

- Only got WiFi outside or w/phone propped against front window of the room. There was no information in the room about continental breakfast mentioned in the description on your website - nor did the staff give any information when checking in.
