- The receptionist was kind enough to upgrade our room, as Booking.com had provided misleading pictures that showed a suite with a larger room as a regular room with two queen beds. I had booked this particular room considering the bigger space. Only when I arrived was I told that the room shown was a suite, and the notes at the hotel showed a regular room with 2 queen beds. Breakfast was hot breakfast with lots of options (not the packed to-go protein bar, a fruit, and coffee)
- Staff at reception desk was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and quiet he room was big.We didn’t eat there but it looked good.
- Location is great. Waffles and sausage were yummy. Staff friendly and helpful. It was clean. Beds were comfy.
Cons -
- The distance was a bit far from Mall of America
- Hot Breakfast was iffy. Hash browns were mushy, eggs tasted weird and the juice was watery.
- The bathroom was not very clean
