- The lady in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel at home and did her best to accommodate our needs.
- Nothing. I gave this hotel a second chance and fully regret wasting my money.

Cons -
- A lot of highway noise and loud noises in the middle of the night, including the use of an electric drill/tool at 2:00 a.m. Also, we waited 5 minutes for the clerk to appear, and she took 15 minutes with us, resulting in unsuccessful check-in.
- We reserved a handicap room with an accessible bathroom. The room we received, was not an accessible bathroom type room. The hotel offered to move to a different location, but it would have been too far away for our needs. So we had to make due.
- The 3 floor smelled Terri?s of cigarettes, and weed. The hot tub was broken, the pool was very cold. Our room was so filthy I could not bathe my son, the bottom of the tub was black. Our room was absolutely freezing. Pet staff motion sensored heat.
