They had a shuttle van that dropped off close to all the happenings on Broadway The beds and linens were great. Bathroom and towels were adequate. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have been using this hotel for many years. I liked the building by the office but the one across the river, was awesome. We had two king beds and a balcony over the rushing river. We will be staying there every time from now on.

We stay was great! Rooms weren¿t luxury but certainly good enough to stay for the weekend. Bathroom was a bit small but no big deal at all. Breakfast had a nice selection including hot foods. All the staff i interacted with were pretty nice as well.
Checked in and went to work. Came back in the morning and my room was occupied by someone else. I had to get another room. This is unacceptable!

This hotel was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. It was very close to the strip in gatlinburg but far enough away that you weren’t stuck in traffic coming or going.

From the lobby to the room, the hotel seemed very clean. We had 2 rooms, and they were both spacious, clean, and well-appointed. All of the linens appeared new. We will definitely stay there again!

It was clean. I had friendly stay off. It was right on the strip with all the food and they work second shift. It was perfect. I walk straight across the street to Waffle House or Taco Bell etc.
