It was a nice hotel, with a good location.
It was a little expensive and they didn’t tell me about a $50 hold on the card for damages. It was returned but they never mentioned it.

Easy access off of highway. Has a snack bar downstairs which is nice. Rooms were very spacious. The breakfast has a good selection of food.
As thankful as I am for this property bc we needed to rest on our road-trip, it was my families least favorite out of all the places we stayed between Texas and Pennsylvania. Things were generally not the tidiest, and our room smelt awful. It smelled like burnt hair, seemed to originate from the toilet areas. I was hopeful it would fade… but it smelled all night, and continued the next day. We all couldn’t wait to leave the room.

Staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall, a nice place to stay. Will stay again when in the area.

It was nice and clean. The location was great and easy to access.
How the payment was setup-I didn't like that I booked online and paid with a family members card but when I got to there they had me insert my card and charged my card instead of the original method I paid with online. Also, they placed a $200 dollar hold on my card.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Location was within the mall and lots of security around. Did not feel the safest.
